Join others creating items “made in the shade.” Quilters are invited to design fabric blocks with strips going from dark to light gradations of color. Those who paint, knit, or do needlepoint can adapt the movement from dark to light colors in their projects. Our morning and evening prayer will focus on the beauty of continuous passing through various stages of darkness to light on our spiritual journey. Enjoy the pool, trails, benches, trees, labyrinth, flora , and fauna in both sun and shade. Please bring your required project materials. Instructions and the pattern for quilters will be sent upon registration. Don’t forget to pack a bathing suit!
