Why does the Church believe that? How can I explain this to others? This month’s topic is Excommunication and the Eucharist. The readings are Joseph Ratzinger’s Worthiness To Receive Holy Communion found here and the USCCB’s Happy Are Those Who Are Called To His Supper found here.
