On Wednesday evening, June 14, 2017, the Dominican Sisters of Sparkill, NY invite you to join us in celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Dominican Convent – our Congregation’s Motherhouse. To mark this occasion, a very special guest, Fr. James Martin, SJ, will be giving a lecture at Dominican Convent entitled, Encountering Jesus: Meeting the Jesus of History and the Christ of Faith. (Father Martin is a well-known Jesuit priest, editor at large of “America” magazine, and bestselling author of several books including, “Jesus: A Pilgrimage” and “The Jesuit Guide to Almost Everything.”)
