FreeThe Dominican Sisters of Sparkill invite you to an upcoming lecture in which internationally-renowned theologian, Elizabeth Johnson, CSJ, PhD, will probe the question raised by John Muir in the 19th Century (Is God’s charity broad enough for bears?) and explore the challenge of loving Earth and its species as “neighbor” as an intrinsic part of faith in God — and action for ecojustice as essential to Christian spirituality.
Tuesday evening, September 25, 2018 ~ 7:00pm
Hosted by the Dominican Sisters of Sparkill at Dominican Convent, 175 Route 340, Sparkill, NY
