The Photography and Meditation workshop will cultivate mindful awareness, stimulate the senses and open channels to seeing anew. Brining the integration of meditation and the arts, Joy Baum of www.inhabitretreats.com will facilitate an ever expanding vision that will open your hearts to the compassion within and your minds’ eye to the beauty surrounding us all. Much of the day will be spent outside exploring the grounds at Mariandale, its natural habitats, surrounding views and magnificent setting. Special equipment is not required, any digital camera, phone or tablet is acceptable. All levels of experience welcome.
