Hi guys! Here’s what you need to know about this awesome apartment.
Your future room:
This is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. It’s completely renovated with exposed brick (my favorite feature) The room is $1200 and is furnished, so no need to bring anything with you. You will have your own A/C in the bedroom. The closet is the biggest one in the apartment and is very spacious. It is an all girls apartment. No drugs are allowed. No loud partying. NO PETS.
Your future roommates:
The other 3 girls are all dancers and go to sleep at a reasonable time. They are 20-25 yrs old. If you are a people person or shy it’s all welcomed. They are really friendly. We are all used to sharing chores and sitting on the couch chatting about our days. We watch movies together sometimes and eat together. Sometimes the girls like to host dinners or parties together of which you are encourage to join if free and invite your friends.
I have to move out ASAP and am looking for someone to sublet my room until September 2019. If you want to stay for longer, the possibility of renewing the lease is available if it’s a good fit. I’m leaving October 1st so this is first come 1st serve.
Your future neighborhood:
The neighborhood is great! The people are really warm here. The grocery store is literally 2 blocks up. You can see the One train 157th stop from the apartment so very close to home. Planet Fitness is right there on the same block so no excuses to not work out… (I’ve had a membership there for 2 yrs but don’t ask me how many times I’ve been) Harlem Public is a few blocks down which is an awesome bar and spot for brunch! Try their “Baked AF” burger! You’ll die.
Assuming that you’ve taken the time to read this far you’re probably a good fit! Please text me a little bit about yourself, what you do, how old you are and if you’re interested I can show you the apartment. (469) 563-8262

I have a bedroom available in a 3BR/1 bath apartment in Park Slope, Brooklyn. It’s directly across the street from the Union St. stop on the R line, and is in a laundry/elevator building. Monthly rent is $1,250 and lease would run for 11 months (October 1, 2018 to September 1, 2019).
It’s about an 8-10 minute walk to all of the trains (2,3,4,5,N,Q,B,R) at Atlantic/Pacific, so accessibility to the rest of the city is fantastic. The apartment has its own storage unit for larger items like suitcases etc. The kitchen has all new updated appliances (installed last summer), granite countertops and tons of storage. Windows in every room – this is a wonderfully sunny apartment.
About us: I am a 30 year-old female working in technology communications and my apartment-mate is a 29 year-old female who works in financial fraud consulting. We are laid back and friendly, but work long hours and thus enjoy having a living space that is peaceful and refreshing to come back to at the end of a long day. We both work from home sometimes, and travel quite a bit for work. If you think the apartment sounds like a good fit we would love to hear from you!
My apartment is located in Washington Heights between the 168th and 175th stops on the A train. You can literally see Columbia Presbyterian Hospital from our kitchen window. Its a large room, queen sized bed, fully furnished. Please call me or text me at 330-447-4328. Look for someone who can move in as soon as possible.
