I’m a 22yo CF moving to New York from California. I would like to find some Catholic roommates to live and share my faith with – either finding a place together or taking an empty room. I’m looking to move in early-mid June with a budget around $1300 or less. I’m laid back, clean, and responsible and I don’t mind doing chores. I’d love to find some Catholic community out in NYC!
Hi, I’m a 22 year old CF journalist living in Brooklyn. I’m looking for either an apartment or a room in Manhattan, my budget is around $1,700. I’m career oriented, quiet and clean and I’m looking for a similar roommate who won’t bring the party home but is open to occasionally hanging out.
My roommate and I (both mid/late 20s female Catholic young professionals) are looking for another female roommate to fill one bedroom in our spacious, peaceful three bedroom apartment in Woodlawn. We are generally clean, responsible, respectful, and friendly, and we hope that you are as well!
The neighborhood is mostly Irish-American, and is safe at all hours of the day and night. Our apartment is on the top floor of our easygoing landlord’s home. Laundromat is directly across the street, grocery store is a few blocks away.
We have easy access to both Manhattan and Westchester via public transit. It is a 20-minute walk or 5-minute bus ride (the bus stop is right in front of our apartment…) to the Woodlawn 4 Train Station or a 10-minute walk to the Woodlawn MetroNorth Station. We also have free on-street parking.
Our rental is month-to-month, but we are ideally looking for you to make a longer commitment. Rent is $550/month each plus utilities (usually about $60/month each).
Available to move in mid July. Email me at email@example.com if interested; we would love to provide more details/pictures or meet you for coffee!
