Looking for a subletter to fill my large, sunny room in my UWS 3-bed shared with two other women in their 20s. The apartment is a 2nd floor walkup 2 minutes from the 96th st 1/2/3 trains, between Central and Riverside parks. Walkable to Trader Joes. Apartment has two showers, an eat-in kitchen, and a large separate living room with doors so there’s lots of space and privacy. $1180/mo, available 3/15 (flexible) through the end of the lease 7/31. Hi, I’m getting married and am leaving behind a 2 bedroom apartment located right by the Queens Plaza & Queensboro Plaza trains (7,N,W,R,F,M,E) with easy access to Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Dimensions of the bedroom now available are 9x9x9.5ft. The bedroom will be unfurnished but the common area, kitchen and bathroom are well maintained. We’ve got Verizon Fios. High ceilings and have never had noise issues with other building tenants. Have never lost heat and the building superintendent is friendly and maintains the building well.
It’s a walkup on the 3rd floor. The surrounding area has tons of quality restaurants and specialty grocery stores. A pretty quiet and safe neighborhood. There’s a great no frills powerlifting gym a short walk away.
Depending on your preferences it’s a short subway ride to the Dominican run St. Vincent Ferrers, TLM hub Holy Innocents, or a short walk to the neighborhood parish St. Patrick’s LIC which is only two blocks away.
My current roommate is a reliable Catholic fellow. He alternates working from home and going into his office in Manhattan.
Rent is $1050/month plus electric & wifi.
I’m looking for someone willing to start relatively soon (before June ideally) through October 31st (end of lease). At that point if you want to stay then we’d see about transferring the lease.
Hello
I am looking for a roommate to rent this 2 bedroom apartment on Thompson street, a block away from Washington Square Park.
I am a graduate student at the New York Academy of Art, 30 years old and have a clean and quiet lifestyle. I would like to live with someone who is similarly mature and respectful.
The apartment is in a superb location and at a great price so please don’t hesitate to get in touch. I have more photos and a video walkthrough of the entire apartment.
Thanks
Jeff
