my Manhattan apartment, available to sublet any time now through March 30th, 2017. It’s small but actually has a bit of character, a junior one bedroom, offered below market $ in the hope of having a friend take advantage of this opportunity (and maintaining the place in her stead). It’s $2,200/month (includes all utilities/internet) + 1 month security deposit. Located on 34th street between 1st and 2nd ave. Can come furnished or empty. Please let me know if you have any interest or know of someone searching. Thanks!
2 prof CF looking for CF, move-in date Sept 1 (sign-on one year lease). Looking for a clean, respectful, responsible, and financially stable CF, late 20s/early 30s. Non-smoker, no pets. Budget $900-1200. Open to looking in Queens, BK, manhattan.
My roommate and I (both mid/late 20s female Catholic young professionals) are looking for another female roommate to fill one bedroom in our spacious, peaceful three bedroom apartment in Woodlawn. We are generally clean, responsible, respectful, and friendly, and we hope that you are as well!
The neighborhood is mostly Irish-American, and is safe at all hours of the day and night. Our apartment is on the top floor of our easygoing landlord’s home. Laundromat is directly across the street, grocery store is a few blocks away.
We have easy access to both Manhattan and Westchester via public transit. It is a 20-minute walk or 5-minute bus ride (the bus stop is right in front of our apartment…) to the Woodlawn 4 Train Station or a 10-minute walk to the Woodlawn MetroNorth Station. We also have free on-street parking.
Our rental is month-to-month, but we are ideally looking for you to make a longer commitment. Rent is $550/month each plus utilities (usually about $60/month each).
Available to move in September 1st. Email me at email@example.com if interested; we would love to provide more details/pictures or meet you for coffee!
One bedroom available. There are 2 other occupied bedrooms rooms. Share bathroom, mini kitchenette area, washer and dryer.
I am a mid-20s CM relocating from Denver to NYC. I am looking for a place to live with some Catholic guys, or a Studio/1 Bdr being rented out. I work for a Catholic non-profit and will work from home, though I travel almost every week. My budget is around $1000/mo, but there is some flexibility. Feel free to message me if you have any questions!
