My roommate and I (both mid/late 20s female Catholic young professionals) are looking for another female roommate to fill one bedroom in our spacious, peaceful three bedroom apartment in Woodlawn. We are generally clean, responsible, respectful, and friendly, and we hope that you are as well!
The neighborhood is mostly Irish-American, and is safe at all hours of the day and night. Our apartment is on the top floor of our easygoing landlord’s home. Laundromat is directly across the street, grocery store is a few blocks away.
We have easy access to both Manhattan and Westchester via public transit. It is a 20-minute walk or 5-minute bus ride (the bus stop is right in front of our apartment…) to the Woodlawn 4 Train Station or a 10-minute walk to the Woodlawn MetroNorth Station. We also have free on-street parking.
Our rental is month-to-month, but we are ideally looking for you to make a longer commitment. Rent is $550/month each plus utilities (usually about $60/month each).
Available to move in mid July. Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org if interested; we would love to provide more details/pictures or meet you for coffee!

We’re a 6-person community of Catholic men (almost all artists) living in Harlem. The apartment just below ours has become available for an immediate move-in. It’s a 4-bedroom apartment at $3,800 ($950/person) in central Harlem a block from the 2/3 stop and just a few blocks from the ABCD, 4/5/6, and MTA North trains. We’ve had a good experience with our landlord, who owns the building.

We’re looking for 4 Catholic men or women (preferably artists) who would be interested in banding together to rent the downstairs apartment as a partner community of Catholic artists (or at least get some fellow Catholics into the building as informal friends!). If you’re interested in talking more, contact Cole Matson at email@example.com.
3 CMs looking for a 4th roommate to fill a spot in their 4Bdr. Quick walk to the L train. Rent and utilities <$900.
