Seeking female subletter to take over my sublet from mid-March or April until August 31. Rent is $1340/month plus shared utilities.
For rent is the private bedroom in a 1 Bedroom Flex Apartment. The room has high ceilings, 1 closet, and overhead storage. The apartment has a small shared living room and kitchenette. The ideal roommate would be busy, out and about at work, church, or with her friends, and looking to come home to a private, relaxing retreat. My roommate has the flex room, so you must be quiet and considerate in the common areas when she is sleeping.
The apartment is in a super-convenient Upper East Side location, on the same block as the Q train, less than a block from the laundromat, one avenue away from grocery stores.
Your roommate would be an interior designer in her late 20’s! She attends a Protestant church.
If you’re interested me, please send me a brief bio and any questions you may have. Move-in dates are flexible!
(obvious details: 1 female subletter only! no couples! no pets! no drugs and no smoking! security deposit required.)
One bedroom in a two bedroom apartment up for sublet with possibility of taking over lease in November.
Hi everyone! I’m being transferred to a Naval hospital down in VA and as a result am looking for someone to take over my bedroom starting May 1st (date negotiable!).
The apartment is a true two bedroom with all utilities included (gas, water, heat, electric) located in a clean historical building on the upper east side. Rent is 1350.00 plus WiFi. There’s a large laundry room available in the complex and the building is pet friendly! You would be living with a woman in her mid-twenties who works in Event Planning. She’s friendly and fairly chill to live with.
The kitchen is a galley kitchen with tons of storage, a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, and oven.
The bathroom has been recently renovated with a full sized bathtub/shower and a full sized closet for towels, toiletries, and any extra supplies. There’s also another full sized coat and shoe closet by the entrance hallway.
The living room is fully furnished.
The bedroom comfortably fits a full sized bed, a full sized dresser, and an end table with space to move around. It also has a spacious closet and a large window that lets in a lot of sun. The dresser and bed are available for purchase at a discount if interested!
Message me for pictures!
The area
78th and York is a great area with easy access to buses (including the 79th st crosstown bus), the 4/5/6, and the Q. It’s directly across the street from a public pool, park, and East river walk. It’s also a 20 minute walk to Central Park and museum mile. The apartment is centrally located to various restaurants, bars, groceries, and gyms. It’s a quiet street, but go one avenue over and you’re in the midst of plenty of nightlife and activity.
Let me know if you or anyone you know is interested!!
One room available in a 4 bedroom apartment in Bed-Stuy @ Myrtle Willoughby G train, which is across the street.

It is a share with 3 other male roommates.
There is a cat currently living here, but finding him a new home is one of our priorities.
Rent is $863/month + utilities & a deposit of $900.
Available March 1st. Any questions please don’t hesitate to email

4 other Catholic dudes living in the heart of the East Village. You get your own room, good community. These guys are tons of fun, super active in their faith, and always doing things together. Room is a little small, but the community makes up for it, plus the location in the heart of Manhattan is really convenient. Its a really great way to get introduced into the heart of the catholic community in NYC if you’re new to the city.
Rent $875/mo
Hi!
One of our roommates had to move, so we have space available until the lease expires in May. The price of rent covers everything except Wifi and electricity, which is only about $40/month.
The unit is only a 5 minute walk from the 1, A, B, C, D trains; the post office is right around the corner; City College is a 10 minute walk. There are farmer’s markets, Thai restaurants, Indian, Chinese, Halal, Pizza, burgers, Mexican, Caribbean, Key Food, CVS, and Rite Aid less than a block away!
Riverside Park is less than 10 minutes away!
Last but not least, there are 2 Catholic churches within a 10 minute walk!
Price is firm, but is only $875/month for an 9×12 room.
