Looking for a Catholic Male to sublease my room in the East Village for the month of April. I will be hiking the Camino from March 30 – May 2. Details below:
Rent: $1,127 for the month
Apartment Details: 4 bed, 2 bath (split evenly between two floors).
Your room would be on the top floor, shared with one other guy.
Roommates are all solid Catholic guys, age 24-27. We try to say Night Prayer/Compline together every night.
Neighborhood: East Village.
Two blocks from the L Train. 10 minute walk from Union Square or Astor Place.
Two blocks from an AMAZING Catholic church with a variety of daily masses available (Immaculate Conception).
Surrounded by hundreds of great bars, coffee shops, and food options.
Seeking female subletter to take over my sublet from mid-Feb or March until August 31. Rent is $1340/month plus shared utilities.
The apartment is on the same block as the 72nd Street Q Train!
For rent is the private bedroom in a 1 Bedroom Flex Apartment. The room has high ceilings, 1 closet, and overhead storage. I would consider selling my furniture with the room (shown here with a bunk bed futon which takes advantage of the high ceilings!) The apartment is a 3rd floor walkup. It has a small shared living room and kitchenette. The ideal roommate would be busy, out and about at work, church, or with her friends, and looking to come home to a private, relaxing retreat. My roommate has the flex room, so you must be quiet and considerate in the common areas when she is sleeping.
The apartment is in a super-convenient Upper East Side location, on the same block as the Q train, less than a block from the laundromat, one avenue away from grocery stores.
Your roommate would be an interior designer in her late 20’s! She attends a Protestant church.
If you’re interested me, please send me a brief bio and any questions you may have. Move-in dates are flexible!
(obvious details: 1 female subletter only! no couples! no pets! no drugs and no smoking! security deposit required.)
Room available in spacious 2
bedroom apartment beginning February 15 (move-in date possibly flexible).
The apartment is the upstairs apartment in a quiet two-unit home.
Rent is $900 + utilities/internet (usually averages about $100). The apartment is very large for NYC, with a large kitchen, one (shared) bathroom, a shared office space, and a large shared living/dining room, on a quiet, tree-lined street. One Monday-Friday off-street parking space is included in the rent (it may not always be available on the weekends, but there is plenty of street parking nearby). Easy access to the Metro-North to Grand Central as well as the 4 train. The local parish (St. Barnabas) is excellent.
About me: Ph.D. student at Fordham University, rock climber, Catholic! Looking for a friendly and considerate Christian roommate.
