You would be rooming with 2 lovely ladies in their 20s. One of the girls has a dog that sometimes lives with us. The room is big and can fit a queen or full bed, desk, and dresser and has a big, tall closet.
Apartment has nice wood floors, spacious kitchen with great cabinets, and big fridge. Big bonus is that the apt has a great patio that will be super awesome in the spring/summer!

I’m moving out to Long Island and am looking for a guy to take over my lease. The apartment is a 4 bedroom/2 bath with a rather large kitchen + common living space. 4 guys currently live in the apartment. All of us are young professionals in our late 20’s early 30’s. The bedroom that is up for rent is rather large and is the largest bedroom in the apartment. The rent is $1250. Utilities and Internet are shared with 3 other roommates and amount to less than $40/month. I am flexible and can move out with 1-2 weeks’ notice. Ideally, I’d like to move out by March 1st.
I’ve enjoyed living in this apartment for the past few years. It’s a pleasant, quiet apartment to live in. All of my roommates are practicing Catholics and easy to get along with. In fact, I’ve been friends with two of my roommates even before we moved into the apartment. Apartment is pretty clean by guys standard (clutter-free, dirty dishes rarely hang out in the sink). I prefer to leave my current roommates with someone who is similarly both considerate and neat.
From Feb 1, a spot will be open in a 4-man share on the upper ease side (E 93rd St. b/w 1st and 2nd Aves). It’s a bunking situation, as the bedrooms are not large, but the common room is spacious and pleasant, and most of the roommates are very out-of-the-house, so while cozy, it isn’t cramped. The 3 remaining roommates are great people (I’ve spent the last 18 months there, and am only moving to Brooklyn because I’ve about had it with Manhattan), all quietly practicing Catholic, very space-respecting, between 23-29 years old, and fun to be around. It’s a 10 min walk from the 4/5 on 86th st, and less from the 6 on 96th st. The area, for those who don’t know it, is safe and restaurant/grocery-populated, if somewhat construction-riddled.
In short, it’s a decent arrangement, and for $625 per month (which includes internet+utilities), it’s a down-right find. Perfect for mature students and young professionals looking to save money as they live in Manhattan (not a thing many people get to do).
I encourage you to act quickly on this. Historically speaking, spots in this apt. have not been vacant for long.

I am renting an apartment in Woodlawn (Bronx) and would love to find a sublet starting May 15-September 15 but I am flexible with the dates The lease ends September 15 but you are more than welcome to re-sign if you like it. The apartment is a large 2-bedroom for $1400/month. Or you can just rent one room for $700/month. Woodlawn is a great community with a lovely parish, a ton of young catholics and is close to the Metro North, 4, and 2 trains.
