You will be living with two other girls, sharing the large bedroom with one girl for $742 per month plus utilities. Looking for someone to move in as ASAP and stay through the end of August. There is a potential to stay in the apartment after August, if interested (but not required). The communal spaces are fully furnished and bedroom furniture is negotiable.

It’s $725 + utilities / month. The best kept secret in the East Village. Seriously. Give me a call at 870-404-6051 or e-mail!

Coming to NYC for a summer internship or another temporary gig? We live in a spacious two bedroom apartment in a great part of Astoria, and are looking for a summer roommate to join us from the end of May through the end of August. There is a possibility for a single room ($1300 per month + utilities) or a shared room ($800 per month + utilities). There is also a chance that you could stay on in the fall in a shared room, though we are not yet sure if the spot will be available.
