The purpose of our group is to bring together Black Catholic women of the African Diaspora from all over New York City and the Five Boroughs. We meet on the second Saturday of the month, unless otherwise specified.

The Sisterhood of Catholic Women and Adolescents is proud to announce that it will be offering its third 13 week semester on fertility awareness and Catholic sexual morality. Sign up for our FREE 13 week course where we teach women how to chart their menstrual cycles and where we break open the beauty of God’s design for human sexuality. VOCES VERBI is a young adult apostolate of the Religious Family of the Incarnate Word which seeks to lead Catholic young adults to the become echoing voices of the Word (Jesus Christ) through their love of the truth, their piety, and their charity. This year we will study Anthropology, that is, the philosophical study of man as a rational animal and Church history. The group meets from 8:30 to 9:30 pm on Thursday evenings to discuss Scripture and its relevance to the lives of men living in New York. Previous topics have included: 1 Maccabees, 1 Corinthians, Orthodoxy by GK Chesterton, and the Gospels. There is no cost to attend although some group members volunteer to bring wine.
