A group of parishioners meets for about 1 1/2 hours to discuss a selected book. This time, the book that will be discussed will be "The Sermons of St. Francis de Sales for Advent and Christmas." It takes place after the 6 PM Mass.
Tenebræ (darkness) is the name given to the service of Matins and Lauds belonging to the last three days of Holy Week. It is called tenebrae because the entire church is in complete darkness by the end of the services. Lights and Candles are put out during the progression of the services and ceremonies.
