Hi! Just moved to NYC from Arizona / California looking to experience the excitement and energy of New York. I’m looking for a room, $1000 or less, furnished (preferable) or unfurnished. I’m currently looking in Manhattan or Brooklyn. I’m a web designer by day (and sometimes by night), love improv comedy, bike riding, going to the gym, eating healthy (bagels are going to be the end of me), and trying new hot spots around town.

If the right situation came around, I’d be willing to sign a year lease, but probably looking for a sublet or short term lease. Being new to the city, I want to keep my options open. Thanks!
