Hello! I am a 30 year old Young Catholic woman living in the Bronx now (where I also work) looking to make the move onto the lovely island of Manhattan. My dream apartment would be on the Upper East Side, where I spend no more than $1200 on rent….About me: I just moved to the area from upstate NY in July, and love meeting new people and becoming more acquainted with the city! I am easy-going, friendly, fun-loving, yet very respectful of space and quiet: if I go out occasionally, I do NOT bring the party home. I have lived by myself and with others successfully, (I am the oldest of five as well so all that that implies about growing up in a bigger family) ? have rented for years now, with solid landlord and employer references, (also can provide previous references from aptmates/housemates that are NOT my family) and am looking to find a like-minded mature young lady (preferably Catholic or Christian) my age to team up with in this NYC apt hunting challenge. ☺️If you think we might make a good match, please email me so we can grab coffee, chat and see if we might be able to help each other. Thank you! I’m excited to hear back from you! ?
