Purpose
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
Responsibilities
Assist staff of the Human Resources team in various aspects of staffing administration, reporting and Time Off.
Performance Standards
Maintain personnel records by regularly filing HR documents and archiving terminated personnel files.
Assist with the maintenance of computer-based time and attendance records for all employees, including tracking of timesheets.
Scan and electronically file absentee forms and timesheets.
Create new hire kits for both full time and part time employees.
Using Microsoft Excel to report on HR activities including completed wage and policy acknowledgements, and performance reviews.
Assist with ad hoc HR projects.
Office filing & organization.
Other clerical duties as required.
