I am looking for someone to rent my room in Prime Williamsburg at S 4th and Driggs Ave. The area is super fun and the apt is near the JMZ Marcy Stop and Bedford L stop.

You would be rooming with 2 lovely ladies in their 20s. One of the girls has a dog that sometimes lives with us. The room is big and can fit a queen or full bed, desk, and dresser and has a big, tall closet.

Apartment has nice wood floors, spacious kitchen with great cabinets, and big fridge. Big bonus is that the apt has a great patio that will be super awesome in the spring/summer!

Monthly rent is $1150, including water and heat but not other utilities.
