Female roommate wanted for an apartment share on the Upper East Side (70’s, two blocks from new Q subway stop). Bedroom is fairly large by NYC standards with two windows. (Previously fit a double bed, a desk, 2 dressers and 4 bookcases in it. Can leave some furniture if desired. The apartment is in a great location but is a 6th floor walk-up. Shared space includes a living room, small kitchen and bathroom. Available February 1st (flexible in either direction).
