Apologies for the multiple postings on this site! Currently, my fully-furnished and very large bedroom, private bathroom, and huge storage/sleeping loft are available for sublet from Nov. 1 through Nov. 30. The apartment is located on Amsterdam Ave. between 95th and 96th St, so it’s just around the corner from the 2/3 express stop (10 min ride from Times Square!) and 2 blocks from the B & C trains. The area is fun, safe, and home to 3 pharmacies, a Whole Foods, and a shopping area with a Michael, TJ Maxx, etc. There are also great restaurants and bars very close by.

My roommate (Princeton ’04) is very quiet, low-key, and respectful of the space. She has a little dog named Otis who is adorable, well-behaved, and doesn’t shed.

The rent is $1625 and can be pro-rated for flexible move-in/move-out dates.
