Looking for a female roommate to co-sign a lease for another year in a 2 BR luxury FiDi apartment (no fee). You would have the larger bedroom, which is flexed. Lease would start July 1, 2015 as my current roommate is moving out of NYC. Rent is $1512 + utilities.
