One bedroom in a 2BR/1 bath apartment (in private house) is available as my lease with the former roommate is up and they have relocated. Rent is split 50/50 and includes WiFi/Cable. Gas and electric are extra (though quite reasonable). Bellerose LIRR station is a one block walk (5 minutes). Near all stores/highways. Catholic roommate would be a great way to share faith/fellowship and an apartment. Please respond if you are interested in checking it out. Available to move-in almost immediately. Lease would begin Oct 1. Will have to find someone before then or I am moving out!
