We have two openings in a 3 room 1 bath Prospect/Lefferts apartment. Apartment a quick walk to both Prospect Park (southeast corner) and the Parkside Ave Q which runs express into Manhattan. It features an unusually spacious living room / kitchen. Rent is 800/mo. One Catholic guy will be remaining in the apartment, and he is looking for two more Catholics/Christians to take over the other rooms if possible.
Lease starts August 1, one room will be available in July, the other a little later on in the month.
