Either 700/month for the living room,
Or 850/month for a roommate in the master room.
(This is inclusive of utilities and wifi)

We are looking for someone quiet and clean. I am a student and work long hours while my roommate works in the finance sector. Both of us are 26 years old.

This is a walkup apartment. There in one full bathroom shared between the three of us. The kitchen is fully equipped.
