Exodus 90 is a ninety day practice of asceticism. We will avoid non-essential screentime/internet, sugar/snacking, alcohol, and video games; and embrace lots of prayer, community, cold showers, fasting, and working out. This program is fueled by accountability and results in great friendships, deeper prayer life, and a stronger relationship with Jesus.
