Malta Camp USA is a 5-day program for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities in the 21-40 age group, many of whom have aged out of school-based support systems and no longer are surrounded by peers their own age. Malta Camp fills this gap, providing an opportunity for travel, adventure, and community building among those with and without disabilities. We are currently looking for volunteers, especially those ages 21-40, to join us this summer and make Malta Camp 2023 a reality! Volunteers can support in several capacities:
– Helpers are assigned one-to-one with our disabled Guests to accompany them throughout the week and ensure their needs are met
– Staff help throughout the week with logistics, security, media, and other needs to keep camp running smoothly
– Medical team of licensed doctors and nurses ensure the health and safety of all Malta Camp participants

This year’s camp will take place at Siena College in Loudonville, NY from July 9-13.
