Bedroom is small, but I managed to fit as a 6 foot tall guy. We have a phenomenal living room for relaxing with a great TV and speaker setup. Kitchen is also bigger than most that you will see. We have all the appliances and utensils you will need.
Requirements:
Must be a guy(2 other roommates are young, working professional guys)
Non-smoking
Not loud(other roommates work from home frequently)
My reason for leaving: I’ll be out of the city all summer/fall traveling, so I am looking for a guy to takeover my lease beginning in July!
