Hello,
We have two large rooms in the Cobble Hill area of Brooklyn available in mid-March. They are $1450 and $1550 each, plus $100 for all utilities. They are bright, large and have Verizon Fios so working from home will be no problem here.
It is in a 5 bedroom, two bath apartment right near the F and G lines. Cafes, restaurants, bars, laundry, Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods are also all easily accessible.
Your roommates would be three guys, mid 20s – early 30s, pretty involved in the Catholic community here in NYC. So if you are a Catholic guy and need a quiet, respectful place please get in touch for more information.

I am Catholic Young Adult who has 2 large bedrooms available for rent in a very spacious apartment. I am renting one rooms for $1,100 and the other for $1,000. Both rooms are very large.
The apartment is located close to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, George Washington Bridge, gyms, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, Catholic Churches and a farmer market (from spring to fall) The A train is around the corner and the 1 train is a few blocks away. The A train is 4 stops from Columbus Circle (59 Street).
You are welcome to us the living and kitchen. The space is quiet and comfortable. The WiFi service in the unit is very good. The building has an elevator and a washing machine/dryer located in the basement. The neighbors are very friendly.

Looking for responsible, mature male for separate room, has window-large lounge-gym-laundry. Near restaurants, Target, Manhattan Mall, Macy’s. Buses-NQRW-BDFM just outside front door. Shared kitchen and bath. Avail March 1-tbern682411@gmail.com.

CF roommate wanted for massive master bedroom in homey 2-bed, 1-bath apartment. Available for immediate move-in.
The room fits a California king, and the apartment has a large kitchen and spacious living room with lots of light, 9.5′ high ceilings, and large windows. While it is a fifth floor walkup, the apartment is conveniently located within a one block radius of a grocery store, laundromat, the 163rd St C subway station, CitiBike station, bus stops, Dunkin donuts, library, amazing restaurants, and nature trails. A 7 minute walk to the 1 train and easy to connect with the A & B/D line, this home is the perfect fit for a renter wanting the convenience of Manhattan with the peace and quiet of not Manhattan. Rent is $925 + utilities
