Hi everyone, my fiancé and I were both offered jobs in NYC and are looking for a place for one of us to live temporary until we get married at the end of the year. We found a place we will live in together and are signing a lease. However, one of us needs to find temporary housing for now. We are hoping to find month to month housing or someone with a flexible lease. We don’t mind signing a lease that will allow us to replace our spot (without paying large fees) once we need to move out. Thank you for your help!
Looking to move in mid-July (no later than July 21st) and move out mid-December.
We will bring very little furniture.
-Aldo and Isabel

Very clean, and quiet.
Must be working.

I’m looking for a Christian lady in her 20’s to enjoy my Hell’s Kitchen room from June 15-August 31. Dates are flexible; you could also start July 1. You’d be with a CF in her 20’s. I have a window AC unit installed in the bedroom. There’s a common area with a cable/netflix setup on the TV. We have no pets, we don’t smoke, and we keep things pretty tidy. Apartment is close to churches, restaurants, shopping, Times Square, The Intrepid, Port Authority, Penn Station, and Grand Central Station, yet still feels like a neighborhood. We look forward to hearing from you!
Hi there!
Catholic ladies: I am getting married and moving out of my apartment in June, so my room is available for rent at the end of June (flexible move-in date) until July 31st. My roommate (and friend) and I live on the 4th floor (no smoke from the street or street noise) of a very nice walk-up on E 78th Street between 1st and 2nd (closer to 2nd). We’re a short walk away from the Q and 4,5,6 subways. The apartment has a washer/dryer in unit, full kitchen with stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, spacious bathroom, living room with a comfortable pull-out couch, a TV, and a spacious dining room table.
Room available for rent currently has a closet, A/C window unit, radiator, and I have furnished it with a single bed on raisers (with plenty of under bed storage), outside closet/storage rack for additional clothing storage, and additional furniture. Furniture is available for purchase if interested!
My roommate works in healthcare, as do I, and she is possibly the most easy going and kind roommate you could ask for. We keep the apartment clean, quiet at night, and have felt quite blessed to be living in the apartment we’re in. The neighborhood is safe, clean, and quiet which is really nice to come home to. There’s also great restaurants and grocery stores in the area. We love it!
$1500 rent for the month and $20-30 utilities fees. Please reach out if you’d like to see photos or need any additional info. Thank you!
