I’m a 26 year old female looking for a roommate to move into my apartment in the Financial District in April or May after my roommate gets married (the move in date is flexible).
Our building has a doorman and laundry and a beautiful view of the Freedom Tower. We are also right by the South Street Seaport.
The available bedroom is large (the larger room in the apartment). It has tons of built-in closet and storage space and double-door windows- so lots of natural light!
The apartment has a nice-sized kitchen and a large living room and a dining room.
Let me know if you’re interested!

We are three female students ages 18, 20 and 26, living in a large sunny two bedroom in Astoria, two blocks from the Broadway stop. We have a forth roommate leaving at the end of December and you would be taking her place, sharing a bedroom with me, a PhD student and adjunct professor.
About us: despite our wide variety of ages we are all good friends who enjoy each other’s company. We try to live an intentional community, meaning that among other things we take turns cooking dinner during the week, and share the cleaning, financial, and other responsibilities of the apartment.
While we like to have fun, we also spend a lot of time studying, so we are ideally looking for another student (undergrad or grad), or at least someone with the kind of work schedule that accommodates quiet evenings.
While we do share bedrooms, the apartment is quite spacious, so we do not feel cramped with four people.
Upon move in, you would be responsible for a deposit equal to two months rent, in addition to regular monthly expenses (total including utilities is under $700 per month). The apartment is fully finished, though your own furniture would be welcome if it fits!
