An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until June 8, 2017
The Office of Young Adult Outreach is excited to bring you ‘CNYC Fit’- a lineup of new events that help participants grow in strength, faith and friendship. Thursday night boxing is a cardio, strengthening, and aerobic class, taught by fitness instructor Joachim Jemegbe.
