My friend is moving out of their rent-stabilized ($1845) apartment on 89th and Lex. W/D in unit. Spacious with a separate alcove kitchen and foyer. Lots of storage. Well-kept building. 4th floor walkup. No pets unfortunately. Email me if you’re interested!
Seeking female subletter to take over my sublet from mid-March or April until August 31. Rent is $1340/month plus shared utilities.
For rent is the private bedroom in a 1 Bedroom Flex Apartment. The room has high ceilings, 1 closet, and overhead storage. The apartment has a small shared living room and kitchenette. The ideal roommate would be busy, out and about at work, church, or with her friends, and looking to come home to a private, relaxing retreat. My roommate has the flex room, so you must be quiet and considerate in the common areas when she is sleeping.
The apartment is in a super-convenient Upper East Side location, on the same block as the Q train, less than a block from the laundromat, one avenue away from grocery stores.
Your roommate would be an interior designer in her late 20’s! She attends a Protestant church.
If you’re interested me, please send me a brief bio and any questions you may have. Move-in dates are flexible!
(obvious details: 1 female subletter only! no couples! no pets! no drugs and no smoking! security deposit required.)

Room Info:
Sadly, I am moving out of my BELOVED apartment in Crown Heights, Brooklyn (literally 5 min walk to 2,3,4,5 trains). So, my roommates and I are trying to find someone to take my spot in our 3 bedroom. It’s a cute room with tons of potential. Other roommates are 20-something females who work in literary and media world. Move in date is flexible for either June or July 1.
Neighborhood Info:
AMAZING LOCATION. Right on corner of Sterling and Franklin Ave near tons of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery, laundry, etc. I was so happy to have found this spot when I moved in 3 years ago, and there has been a huge boom in development since. There will be a union market opening nearby soon (which I’m so bummed not to enjoy lol). We are right off eastern parkway, and a 10 min jog to Grand Army Plaza where you can catch the farmers market during the weekends. If you don’t want to jog, there is also amazing access to trains at Franklin Ave stop just 5 min from apartment. Please message me if you have any questions or would like to see the place!
