This Advent, we invite you to experience a taste of Reform and explore the nine wellness pillars for whole person wellness. Together with Jackie and Dr. Bridget, we will help you keep your focus on Christ, prepare for His arrival, and live the season as wholly and holy as possible. We’ll identify the areas of your health that need the most attention, focus on what’s essential for your well-being, identify stressors, and share best practices to support your whole person: body, mind, and soul.

This time of year, cultivating presence and maintaining our well-being can be especially challenging. Instead of being overcome by our anxieties, let’s shift our focus to ways we can intentionally prepare ourselves for the coming of the Lord.
