Romero 30th Anniversary Screening

Celebrate the 30th anniversary of the acclaimed film Romero, staring Raul Julia as El Salvadoran archbishop and martyr, Saint Oscar Romero, who was recently canonized by Pope Francis. The screening will be followed by a conversation with members of Paulist Productions who were involved with the making of this remarkable and timely film. A conversation with screenwriter John Sacret Young (TV’s “China Beach”, “The West Wing”) follows the screening. A social at Slainte, 304 Bowery, New York, NY 10012, will follow.
