English Premiership Fans welcome!!!
I’m exiting the twenties and am an associate in corporate banking relocated from San Francisco. Things I plan to do in my next month in NYC:
– Watch some Premiership matches at an Irish pub on the weekend.
– Continue taking salsa lessons (my recent new hobby in lieu of soccer – due to my failing hamstrings)
– Join the Catholics for 3P (prayers, penance, and pints!)
– Eat lots of Ukrainian food at Veselka in the East Village
– Find an alum event for my alma mater
– Unfortunately, probably work like crazy
I don’t really cook a lot but may dabble in a blue apron trial – so the kitchen will likely be pretty available. Although the kitchen itself has no oven we have in unit washer/dryer/dishwasher. The apartment has 2 bathrooms with showers so you can keep yours as clean as you like. I’m not down with smoking or substance abuse. Unfortunately, I have some allergies to cats/dogs so no pets. You only need to furnish your bedroom.
Details on your bedroom:
– Bedroom is 9 x 10 (excluding closet).
– Closet is 2 x 6.
– 5 minute walk to Union Square/Subway
– 5 minute walk to Joe’s Pizza and Artichoke’s Pizza.
Preferably a female roommate needed
Hi all!
A room is available for rent(sublet) in our apartment from March 1 2018 as my roommate is moving out end of Feb.
Our apartment is a 2BR in Brooklyn on the Q line and near Avenue U station (3 mins walk from the station). The B express line is also 10 mins walk from the building. It is about 25 mins away from the Brooklyn College.
There are many delis, various kinds of stores, and a few supermarkets in this area. The building is safe and quiet. If you like biking or jogging, it’s a beautiful ride/jog to the beach and to Marine Park!
There are mostly families with their children and elderly people living in the building. So this is not really a party place.
The room is available for either a short term till end of July or for a long term. Just let me know whichever you want.
You will be sharing the kitchen, common space and the bathroom with me. The building has a laundry too by the way!
Pictures of the room are attached. It is a spacious room with lots of light and has got 2 closets.
Most of the furniture will be sold by my roommate. So the room will come mostly unfurnished.
I want a roommate who is clean and pays rent on time (and preferably a female roommate).
The rent of the room is 768(without internet, utility and electricity). Overall it comes to around 830 every month(in summer it may cost a little more).
Deposit will be one month’s rent i.e. 768 dollars.
PS: Room is for only one person(preferably female). Only residential, cannot be used for any commercial purposes. No families, no couples. Pets are not allowed.
Please get in touch with me if interested. 🙂
Thank you!

Hello!
I’m a 27 year old Catholic woman working in Manhattan. I’m looking for a roommate (or two!) to move into a 2- or 3-bedroom in Forest Hills, Kew Gardens, or Sunnyside, Queens.
I would love to move at the beginning of March, if possible. My max budget is $1300.
Hello!
I am a 27-year old CM who is looking to move to NYC via NJ. My heart is in Astoria, I’m familiar with the area and love everything about it. As of August 2017 I started a new career and it’s more suitable for me to reside and commute from the NYC area. I will be working at many different areas of Manhattan and Northern New Jersey. I am seeking a CM roommate interested in living in the Astoria area. My budget is $1,400/ month.
I am responsible, respectful, and a man of faith who takes part with the Catholic community and friends of all backgrounds. I look forward to meeting new people and connecting with friends in the area. I like to think I am pretty easy going guy, so if you’re interested and would like to meet and apartment hunt, please let me know.
I am ready to move as soon as February 1, 2018.
God bless,
Jimmy
